Rep Tryouts Day 2

Day 2 of the PeeWee tryouts is complete and the girls again looked very good. A strong core is already developing. This weekend the Squirts and the Bantam's get their turns so we're hoping for a great turnout. The next set of PeeWee tryouts is September 11 and 12th, 2010 from 3:30 - 5:30. New girls are still welcome to tryout!


Coquitlam Softball welcomes Carly Moir

CMSA is very pleased to welcome Carly Moir as the assistant coach of the Bantam B rep team. Carly is a recent graduate of the SFU softball program and has a very successful career which includes 4 Gold medals at the Provincial level, 2 silvers, and 1 bronze and 1 gold, 2 silver, and 1 bronze medal at the Canadian national level. Carly currently plays for the White Rock Renegades at the Senior Womens level. Carly will be a wonderful addition to the CMSA and we are happy to have her join our team!

Coquitlam Classics Rep Tryouts ** Day 2 complete **

The Coquitlam Classics Rep program is looking for all girls interested in playing competitive rep B softball next season in Coquitlam. Players from District 14, including Coquitlam, Port Moody, Port Coquitlam, and Ridge Meadows are welcome to try out at the times listed below.

District 14 Fall Ball Registration

Still looking for players for Fall Ball! Open to all ages. $60.00 for 8 weeks.  A mail-in registration form and directions are available through this link -- > Mail in Registration

Coquitlam UIC featured in Coquitlam Now

Coquitlam minor softball UIC Laura MacMillan was featured in the August 4th, 2010 edition of the Coquitlam Now newspaper. As the article notes Laura is the youngest Level 4 Umpire in Canada and recently spent a week officiating at the Canadian Midget championships in New Brunswick. Kudos to Laura!
